Melanie Atkinson is the founder of Atkinson Aesthetics and the lead injector for the practice. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, she brings advanced training in facial anatomy, injection safety, and patient care to every treatment. Melanie personally trains and oversees the clinical team, so every provider at Atkinson Aesthetics follows the same protocols and standards.

Melanie founded Atkinson Aesthetics in 2022 to bring a higher standard of medical aesthetics to the Lake Highlands community. Her approach starts with education: she wants every patient to understand their options, their skin, and their plan before any treatment begins. She is currently furthering her education as a Family Nurse Practitioner student.

Jayme Huffman, RN is an aesthetic nurse at Atkinson Aesthetics with a background in pediatric medicine. She brings compassion, clinical excellence, and an artistic eye to every treatment, along with a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their own skin. Jayme trained directly under Melanie Atkinson and follows the same protocols and standards Melanie uses in her own treatments.

As Clinic Coordinator, she keeps the office running smoothly and makes sure every detail of your visit is taken care of, from check-in to appointment confirmations to checkout. Her goal is for every visit to feel effortless.
Charm is often the first person you'll talk to at Atkinson Aesthetics, even before you walk through the door. She handles scheduling, answers calls and texts, and helps new patients find the right service and provider. From your first inquiry to your follow-up appointment, Charm makes sure you're supported every step of the way.

Dr. Tiffany Roberts, MD, a board certified anesthesiologist, serves as the Medical Director of Atkinson Aesthetics. She oversees the medical protocols, treatment standards, and clinical safety practices of the practice, ensuring every service meets the standards required of a medical practice in Texas.Texas Medical License No. L1187
Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $100 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
